The Property Connectors was formed by a local Realtor and a Mortgage Broker who were as frustrated as their clients in finding suitable housing for people with good credit but modest incomes. They joined forces and, in consultation with a lawyer experienced in Real Estate transactions, developed this program and an agreement which is compatible for two parties willing to share housing costs and responsibilities

Mary Chmiel from Dominion Lending/Mortgage House will submit your application to lenders who are best suited to your situation and in turn, the lenders will make an offer to you with their best terms and conditions. As your representative, Mary looks for the deal that is best for you, not the lender. Mortgage House agents have the training, experience and local market knowledge that will help you find the right mortgage and will explain the process as you go along.
